Description:
Assembling electro-mechanical components and subassemblies according to documented procedures and BOM requirements
Performing functional testing based on customer specifications and engineering standards
Using hand tools, torque drivers, and precision assembly equipment to complete high-accuracy builds
Applying hands-on soldering skills to support component and wiring assembly
Inspecting parts and assemblies to ensure compliance with quality and performance criteria
Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment while following established processes
Collaborating with team members and supporting continuous improvement activities
To be successful in this role you will:
Have strong mechanical aptitude with hands-on experience in soldering and small-parts assembly
Have proficiency in using hand tools, torque drivers, and precision assembly equipment
Have the ability to work independently with minimal supervision and collaborate effectively in a team
Have strong attention to detail, problem-solving capability, and an ownership mindset
Have the ability to sit/stand for extended periods and handle small components with fine motor control
Have a high school diploma or equivalent
Essential Requirements of the Role
Good manual dexterity and eyesight. Must be able to read, write and use basic math; maintain a high degree of accuracy in performing repetitive tasks; work with basic chemicals.
Desirable Attributes
Hard worker, ability to work independently, ability of following strict instructions

High school Diploma or equivalent

1st Shift Hours: 7AM-3:30PM OT required based on business needs.
