Pay Range: $30-$35/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location)
Key Responsibilities:
- TMO liaison: Engage with TMO through meetings, development of required testing documents (plans, test scenarios etc)
- Test Strategy: Develop/engage in partnership with core team and TMO to develop & socialize upcoming test strategy (Cycle 3, Cycle 4, UAT, Payroll Parallel)
- Testing Mgmt.: Develop/Maintain testing tools (dashboards, sheets etc)
- Metrics: develop, maintain, report metrics for testing status
- Daily mgmt. of testing with HR testing team: Facilitate stand ups, drive burndown to completion, monitor and manage defects
- Project mgr./Product lead engagement/partnership: Raise testing issues, risks, provide input for status updates
