Job Overview: This role involves consulting on complex initiatives with broad impact and large-scale planning for Specialty Software Engineering. Responsibilities: - Consult on complex initiatives with broad impact and large-scale planning for Specialty Software Engineering.
- Review and analyze complex, multi-faceted challenges requiring in-depth evaluation of multiple factors.
- Contribute to resolving complex situations while ensuring compliance with policies and procedures.
- Collaborate strategically with client personnel to meet deliverables.
- Develop, enhance, and support AI agents with a strong focus on coding and technical ownership.
- Participate in daily team standups and collaborate closely with developers and architects.
Qualifications: - 5+ years of experience in Specialty Software Engineering or equivalent through work, consulting, training, military experience, or education.
- Strong backend Python development experience (5+ years).
- Experience building and supporting microservices-based applications (5+ years).
- Proficiency in designing and consuming APIs (5+ years).
- Experience with MongoDB and vector databases (5+ years).
- Familiarity with Large Language Models (LLMs), Agentic AI frameworks, and AI orchestration concepts (2+ years preferred).

Pay Range: $80 - $85
