Senior IT Project Manager SAP MDG/Enterprise Systems Project Manager- Remote

We are seeking a Senior Project Manager SAP Master Data Governance to lead IT application projects from initiation through go-live. The ideal candidate will have strong project management expertise, proven delivery ownership, and experience managing cross-functional teams in complex environments. Experience with SAP S/4 and Master Data Governance initiatives is highly preferred.

• Define project direction, goals, and execution strategy

• Develop and manage detailed work plans, timelines, and resource allocation

• Track project scope, risks, issues, and critical paths

• Ensure quality delivery within defined financial and operational constraints

• Coordinate across business and IT stakeholders

• Drive team collaboration and resolve conflicts

• Maintain project documentation, metrics, and reporting

• Ensure compliance with IT change management and regulatory standards

• Communicate system changes and updates effectively to stakeholders

• 8+ years as an IT Application Project Manager

• Proven experience delivering large-scale projects from start to go-live

• Strong stakeholder management & communication skills

• Experience managing cross-functional and matrixed teams

• Experience with SAP/ERP or similar enterprise applications

• Knowledge of Master Data Governance processes & best practices

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and leadership abilities
