Location: Dallas, TX (Hybrid/Onsite Preferred)
Duration: Long-Term Contract

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented PMO Analyst to support a global enterprise delivery program. This role focuses on program execution support, requirements intake, reporting, governance, and delivery operations, ensuring that project data remains accurate, consistent, and synchronized across multiple collaboration and portfolio management tools.

The PMO Analyst will work closely with Delivery Leads, Product Owners, and the Global PMO, supporting multiple delivery teams simultaneously while maintaining program visibility for executive leadership. This is an execution support role—not a Project Manager position—and is ideal for someone who excels at coordinating activities, managing delivery documentation, and maintaining operational excellence across large-scale programs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support onboarding of new Delivery Leads using standardized onboarding documentation and Confluence knowledge resources.
  • Coordinate kickoff and discovery activities for new markets by preparing agendas, meeting templates, presentation decks, and onboarding materials.
  • Review business requirements, roadmaps, and architecture documentation with Delivery Leads to ensure completeness and consistency.
  • Manage requirements intake using Monday.com, ensuring all required documentation is uploaded and maintained.
  • Create and maintain documentation within Confluence.
  • Enter and maintain requirements in Jira Product Discovery (JPD).
  • Coordinate creation, labeling, and tracking of Jira work items across multiple development teams.
  • Build and maintain integrated Jira Plans using standardized project labels.
  • Coordinate business requirement approvals and ensure updates remain synchronized across Jira, JPD, Monday.com, and Confluence.
  • Prepare executive reporting materials including:
    • Steering Committee presentations
    • Status dashboards
    • Program updates
    • Leadership reports
  • Capture meeting notes, action items, and follow-ups during program and product synchronization meetings.
  • Track cross-functional and cross-market dependencies and maintain a consolidated dependency log.
  • Maintain portfolio timelines using program timeline management tools.
  • Support quarterly Program Increment (PI) Planning preparation and execution.
  • Ensure Jira tickets, JPD items, and related documentation remain properly linked, updated, and aligned.
  • Perform regular audits of project tools to identify missing information, stale data, broken links, and reporting inconsistencies.
  • Support delivery governance by ensuring standardized processes are followed across all participating teams.

Required Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in a PMO Analyst, Program Coordinator, Delivery Operations, PMO Support, or Program Support role.
  • Experience supporting enterprise-scale technology or digital transformation programs.
  • Hands-on experience with:
    • Jira
    • Jira Product Discovery (JPD)
    • Confluence
    • Monday.com
    • Portfolio or roadmap management tools
  • Experience preparing executive presentations and Steering Committee materials.
  • Strong understanding of Agile delivery methodologies.
  • Experience coordinating requirements, documentation, approvals, and governance processes.
  • Excellent organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously.
  • Comfortable working with globally distributed teams across multiple time zones.
  • Strong follow-through and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting global PMO organizations.
  • Experience with Agile Program Increment (PI) Planning.
  • Familiarity with enterprise portfolio management practices.
  • Experience supporting digital transformation or enterprise software delivery programs.
  • Knowledge of delivery governance, dependency management, and executive reporting.
  • Experience working within large consulting or enterprise environments
