Pay Range:$150,000 -$160,000 Per Year

Job Description:
Join our dynamic team in a full-time role based in Stamford, CT. 
You will be responsible for overseeing accounting operations, managing staff, and implementing best practices in a fast-paced environment. 
Proficiency in generic accounting software and strong analytical skills are essential for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities
Manage and oversee accounting operations and staff, both onshore and offshore.
Develop and implement process improvements and best practices.
Engage effectively with all organizational levels and external partners.
Analyze financial data and prepare reports.
Ensure compliance with financial regulations and maintain confidentiality.

Qualifications
Bachelor''s degree in accounting or a related field.
5 years of progressive accounting experience.
Experience in both public and corporate accounting is a plus.
Strong skills in generic spreadsheet software, organization, and time management.
Proven management experience with diverse teams.
