Our client is seeking a Full Stack Software Engineer to join the U.S.-based Enterprise Services engineering team focused on sustaining, enhancing, and modernizing business-critical enterprise applications. The role rotates across production support, project delivery, research and development, modernization efforts, and innovation initiatives. The ideal candidate brings full stack development expertise, is comfortable troubleshooting production issues, delivering strategic enhancements, and unlocking value from complex legacy systems. You will also leverage AI-assisted engineering tools such as Claude, GPT, GitHub Copilot, and Amazon Kiro to accelerate development, improve code quality, analyze legacy platforms, and drive engineering productivity.

Responsibilities: - Design, develop, and deliver end-to-end software solutions aligned with business requirements and enterprise architecture standards.
- Collaborate with product owners, stakeholders, architects, and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.
- Own the full SDLC from requirements and design through deployment and production support.
- Participate in rotation across production support, strategic project delivery, platform modernization, and R&D or innovation.
- Analyze and modernize legacy applications to improve maintainability, scalability, and performance.
- Utilize AI-powered tools to accelerate coding, testing, documentation, troubleshooting, and system analysis.
- Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks, security vulnerabilities, technical debt, and stability concerns.
- Design, develop, and maintain CI/CD pipelines supporting automated testing and continuous delivery.
- Partner with nearshore teams to ensure successful delivery of features and enhancements.
- Contribute to architecture discussions, technical standards, and engineering best practices.
- Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend solutions that improve developer productivity and business outcomes.
Experience Requirements: - 5+ years of hands-on software development experience building scalable enterprise applications.
- Back-end proficiency with Java, Spring Framework, Spring JPA, Hibernate, JSF, and Node.js.
- Front-end experience with JavaScript, TypeScript, React, Angular, HTML, and CSS.
- AWS experience with EC2, ECS, AWS Lambda, S3, and SQS.
- Strong SQL skills with complex query development and optimization.
- Experience building and supporting APIs, integrations, and distributed systems.
- Experience with Agile methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban.
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills and ability to learn and apply new technologies.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to work across globally distributed teams.
- Preferred: Experience with legacy application modernization, AI-assisted engineering tools (Claude Code, ChatGPT / GPT, GitHub Copilot, Amazon Kiro), Python and scripting, production support rotations, DevOps practices and infrastructure automation, and observability or APM tools.
Education Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and professional experience.
