Pay Range: $45.00hr - $50.00hr
Job Overview:
The candidate should have 5 to 8 years of experience with Application Production Support.
Automation & DevOps Tools:
- Version Control - GitHub / Bitbucket (Required).
- Jenkins (Required).
- Ansible (Playbooks) (Preferred).
- XLR (or similar orchestration tools) (Preferred).
- AI/Automation tools (preferred).
Monitoring & Observability:
- Splunk (Required).
- Dynatrace (Required).
- OpenTelemetry (OTel) (Preferred).
- Amazon CloudWatch (Preferred).
Application Tech Stack:
- AWS (Required).
- Postgres/Oracle (Required).
- Shell Scripting (Required).
- SQL, Python, Apache.
- Pivotal Cloud Foundry (PCF) (Required).
- Cassandra, Kafka (Preferred).
- Python (Preferred).
- Experience with event-driven systems and streaming platforms is beneficial.
General Skills:
- Understanding of ITIL, Incident, and Change Management processes.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Applications are related to Payments (Authorization, Clearing, and Settlement); domain knowledge is preferred but not required.
