This individual will play a pivotal role in developing innovative and effective solutions for our DoD customers within the IC sector.
The successful candidate will be responsible for driving automation and efficiency across various technical teams, leveraging their technical expertise to streamline processes, improve productivity, and reduce costs. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and a passion for automation
Required Qualifications
A minimum of six (6) years' experience, plus a Bachelors degree is required or a Masters degree and 6 years experience.
In addition they should have extensive experience in the following:
Programming Languages: Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, PowerShell, or Bash.
Automation Frameworks: Experience with automation frameworks such as Ansible, SaltStack, or Puppet.
CI/CD Tools: Knowledge of CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, or Azure DevOps.
Cloud Platforms: Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (Google Cloud Platform).
Containerization: Knowledge: Knowledge of containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
IT Service Management: Familiarity with IT service management frameworks such as ITIL. Familiarity with incidents, problems, and changes management system such as ServiceNow.
Operating Systems: Experience with Linux and/or Windows operating systems.
Troubleshooting and Debugging: Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills.
**Government issued clearance and poly are required**
Desired Qualifications
Certifications: Relevant certifications such as AWS Certified DevOps Engineer, Azure DevOps Engineer, or Certified Ansible Engineer.
Agile Methodologies: Experience with Agile development methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban.
Infrastructure as Code: Knowledge of infrastructure as code tools such as Terraform or CloudFormation.
Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Collaboration: Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Adaptability: Willingness to adapt to changing priorities and technologie
