Summary

We are seeking a dynamic, detail-oriented Global Events Manager to join a Global Executive Events team. This role will be responsible for planning and executing high-touch, executive-level events in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

The ideal candidate brings strong corporate events experience, exceptional organizational and communication skills, hands-on event production expertise, and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders, vendors, budgets, and timelines simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute high-profile executive events from initial concept through post-event wrap-up.
  • Manage multiple event projects simultaneously while maintaining exceptional attention to detail and operational standards.
  • Partner with Sales, Field Marketing, and other cross-functional teams on audience acquisition and attendee strategy.
  • Ensure attendee lists align with account priorities and broader go-to-market objectives.
  • Own end-to-end event production, including venue sourcing, run-of-show development, logistics, AV/staging, F&B, signage, and on-site execution.
  • Source, negotiate, and manage relationships with venues, caterers, AV/production companies, and other event vendors.
  • Manage vendor contracts, timelines, deliverables, and quality standards.
  • Build and manage event budgets, track actual spend against forecasts, reconcile expenses, and identify cost-saving opportunities.
  • Provide accurate budget reporting and visibility to stakeholders.
  • Build and continuously improve event planning processes, documentation, reporting frameworks, and operational workflows.
  • Develop scalable planning frameworks that enable consistent execution across the global events program.
  • Use event data and performance metrics to evaluate success and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
  • Explore AI and emerging technologies to streamline event workflows, automate reporting, and improve operational efficiency.
  • Build trusted relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Required Qualifications

  • 5–7+ years of experience in corporate events, executive events, field marketing, or a related event management function.
  • Proven experience delivering high-impact, high-profile corporate or executive events.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines.
  • Hands-on experience with live event production, including AV, staging, F&B, signage, logistics, and on-site operations.
  • Proven vendor management and contract negotiation experience.
  • Experience managing event budgets, forecasting, reconciliation, and variance reporting.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Customer-centric mindset with a focus on delivering exceptional experiences.
  • Data-driven approach to evaluating event performance and improving future programs.
  • Strong proficiency with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Gmail) and Microsoft Excel, including complex spreadsheets.
  • Experience with Salesforce and Asana.
  • Comfortable using AI tools and emerging technologies to improve event operations and workflows.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Swoogo and/or RainFocus.
  • Experience supporting executive-level audiences and high-visibility corporate events.
  • Experience working with Sales and Field Marketing organizations.
  • Experience developing scalable event operations and processes.
