Role Overview:
We are looking for a results-driven Product Manager with strong experience in vendor governance, third-party lifecycle management, and cross-functional leadership. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong analytical capabilities and the ability to drive operational excellence while ensuring compliance and risk mitigation.
Key Responsibilities:
Understand business objectives and customer needs; design innovative, outcome-driven solutions
Act as the primary liaison between the company and third-party servicing partners
Partner closely with Technology teams to ensure best-in-class product delivery
Oversee third-party lifecycle activities (Pre-contract, Post-contract, Termination)
Monitor SLA tracking, progress reporting, and process controls
Conduct contract testing to ensure compliance with AEMP 10 requirements
Ensure supplier adherence to AXP standards and governance frameworks
Drive audit remediation, risk mitigation, and departmental standards
Required Skills & Experience:
Strong Product / Project Management expertise
Experience in vendor & contract management (Minimum 3+ years)
Knowledge of third-party monitoring, SLA governance, and compliance frameworks
Experience working with governance and 2nd/3rd line of defense organizations
Strong analytical mindset with ability to convert strategy into execution
Proven stakeholder management and influencing skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Word)
