Pay Range: $75/hr - $80/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct workshops to gather and document business and technical requirements.
- Lead discovery and design activities for Varicent implementations.
- Review and design Varicent solution architecture.
- Design and develop Varicent databases and commission calculation systems.
- Create technical specifications based on business requirements.
- Design and support system integrations.
- Build, test, and deploy Varicent components, reports, and integrations.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure successful solution delivery.
Key Requirements and Technology Experience:
- Strong experience as a Varicent Consultant with hands-on implementation and compensation-management experience.
- Expertise in gathering Varicent technical requirements and translating them into technical specifications.
- Extensive experience with Varicent design, development, testing, and deployment.
- Experience designing Varicent databases and compensation/commission management solutions.
- Experience with Varicent reporting and integrations.
