This role is for an AI Data Reconciliation Specialist. It is technical in nature and will require firsthand Artificial Intelligence (AI) coding. This role also requires extraordinarily strong experience in eliciting data reconciliation requirements from stakeholders and developing AI solutions and output utilizing Azure services
Designing and implementing an automated, repeatable, and auditable data reconciliation framework
Building AI-assisted reconciliation pipelines for:
o Row-level validation
o Aggregate validation
o Anomaly detection
o Root-cause analysis
Supporting large-scale data migrations and ongoing system integrations
Replacing manual, error-prone reconciliation processes with scalable automation
Establishing reconciliation controls, logging, traceability, and auditability
Minimum Years of Skills/Experience
3+ Azure
3+ AI development
5+ Data Reconciliation for large-scale migration/integrations
10+ Ability to write and execute advanced SQL in both Oracle and SQL Server
10+ SQL Server configuration and management
10+ Working in Information Technology
Preferred Years of Skills/Experience
1+ Experience with Base Benefits or Benefits Administration systems
