Project Manager

We are looking for a Project Manager with 3–4 years of experience to plan, execute, and deliver projects on time and within scope. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and comfortable coordinating cross-functional teams while managing timelines, risks, and stakeholder expectations.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and manage projects from initiation to closure

• Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and success criteria

• Create and manage project plans, schedules, and budgets

• Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders

• Track project progress and proactively manage risks and issues

• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget

• Communicate project status, risks, and dependencies to stakeholders

• Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and review meetings (if Agile)

• Ensure proper documentation and project reporting

Required Skills & Experience

• 3–4 years of experience as a Project Manager or similar role

• Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall)

• Experience managing cross-functional teams

• Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello, Asana, MS Project)

• Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills

• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities

Preferred / Nice to Have

• PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile/Scrum certification

• Experience working in IT / software development projects

• Basic understanding of SDLC and technical concepts

• Experience with risk management and change management
