Summary

Knowledge of fundamental hardware systems and devices (PCB, heatsink, mounting bracket, optical modules, basic signal integrity & power)
Experience with networking equipment (routers, switches, Wi-Fi, etc.)
Familiarity with IEC, ETSI, and MIL-STD standards
Proficiency in 3D solid modeling CAD
Understanding of mechanical and environmental stress testing methods (mechanical shock and vibration, drop, temperature, humidity, altitude)
Experience with test equipment such as environmental chambers and shakers
Mechanical and thermal design understanding
Test infrastructure architecture and design knowledge
Ability to widely apply networking principles, theories, and field concepts to product testing
Ability to set up, operate, and adjust test equipment for shock, vibration, drop, temperature, humidity, and altitude tests
Skills in using hand tools and power tools to modify prototypes
Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic abilities
Good written and verbal communication skills
Ability to provide detailed test reports (including test data, failure data, debug details, and proposed solutions)
Ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external teams
Capacity to learn quickly and adapt in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
