Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Investment Advisor to develop and manage client relationships while delivering tailored financial planning and investment advisory services. The ideal candidate will be responsible for understanding client financial goals, building customized investment strategies, conducting portfolio reviews, and providing ongoing wealth management support. This role operates on a commission-based structure within a high-payout independent platform that provides modern tools, technology, and operational support. The position requires strong client relationship management skills, market awareness, and the ability to drive long-term financial success for clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and manage long-term client relationships focused on wealth management and financial planning.
Assess client financial goals and design personalized investment strategies.
Conduct regular portfolio reviews and recommend adjustments based on market conditions.
Provide ongoing financial advisory services aligned with client objectives.
Stay updated on market trends, investment products, and financial strategies.
Deliver high-quality customer service and maintain strong client engagement.
Collaborate with internal teams and platform resources to support client success.
Build and grow an independent book of business within a supported advisory platform.
Required Qualifications:
Active Series 65 license.
Minimum 5 years of experience as an Investment Advisor or in a similar financial advisory role.
Strong expertise in financial planning, investment strategies, and wealth management.
Proven ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong understanding of financial markets and investment products.
High level of professionalism, integrity, and client service orientation.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working within independent advisory or RIA platforms.
Background in portfolio management or private wealth advisory.
Strong business development and client acquisition skills.
Familiarity with financial planning tools and CRM systems.
