SCRUM LEAD - AGILE DELIVERY
Location Pacific Timezone hours - Austin or SCV
Position Overview: Drive high-performing agile teams through iterative delivery cycles, ensuring
adherence to Scrum principles while maximizing team velocity and product quality. Lead cross-functional
teams in fast-paced, collaborative environments focused on continuous improvement and customer value
delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
Sprint Leadership: Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies (daily standups, sprint planning, retrospectives,
reviews) ensuring timely, focused, and productive sessions
Team Enablement: Remove impediments, coach team members on agile practices, and foster
self-organizing, high-velocity teams
Stakeholder Management: Bridge communication between product owners, development teams, and
business stakeholders to ensure alignment and transparency
Process Optimization: Continuously refine team processes, implement best practices, and drive
adoption of agile tools and methodologies
Metrics & Reporting: Track sprint metrics, burndown charts, velocity trends, and team performance
indicators to drive data-driven improvements Risk Mitigation: Proactively identify and address project
risks, dependencies, and blockers before they impact delivery timelines
Required Qualifications:
3+ years Scrum Master/Agile Lead experience with proven track record of successful sprint delivery
Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent agile certification
Deep expertise in agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) and tools (Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence)
Strong facilitation, conflict resolution, and servant leadership skills
Experience with software development lifecycle and technical project management
Key Success Metrics: Sprint completion rates >90%, team velocity improvement, reduced cycle time,
high team satisfaction scores, and consistent delivery of customer value.
