About the RoleWe are seeking multiple Desktop Support Technicians to support a large-scale system implementation and technology refresh across a regional healthcare network. This team will assist with deploying new workstations, replacing outdated hardware, and supporting single sign-on badge rollouts across multiple locations.
Key Responsibilities- Install, refresh, and configure desktops and laptops.
- Deploy new systems and assist with single sign-on badge setup.
- Support refresh efforts for 5,000+ devices.
- Provide onsite technical support and troubleshooting.
- Collaborate with team members to maintain an efficient deployment schedule.
- Deliver excellent customer support to clinical and administrative staff.
- Travel to satellite locations as required.
Top Skills & Qualifications- Experience with desktop support, hardware installation, and software setup.
- Ability to lift and move computer equipment as needed.
- Strong troubleshooting skills; imaging/SCCM experience a plus.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Ability to provide timely, accurate support and end-user training.
- Must pass drug and medical requirements.
