Technical Lead – (D365 SCM)
Technical Lead owns solution architecture, technical delivery, and integration landscape for CDPH SCM solution.
Key Responsibilities
· Define end-to-end architecture for:
o D365 SCM
o Power Platform
o Integration layer
· Ensure performance, scalability, and compliance
· D365 SCM Implementation
Design and oversee:
§ Warehouse Management
§ Inventory
§ Order Management
o Ensure OOTB-first approach + minimal customization
· Integration experience
o HAMRRS
o FedEx
o Salesforce
o FDA / EPCIS
Lead implementation using:
o Azure API Management
o MuleSoft
· Lead DSCSA implementation:
o EPCIS
o TI/TS
o Traceability
· Design barcode-driven workflows
Development experience
o X++ development
o Power Platform extensions and Code quality
o Awareness - CI/CD governance
Testing & Deployment
· Lead:
o SIT / UAT / Performance testing
· Oversee:
o Release management
o Environment setup (Dev/Test/UAT/Prod)
Experience Requirements
· 12–16+ years IT experience
· 8+ years D365 / ERP
· 3–5 years in Technical Lead role
· Strong SCM + integration background
