eSolutions First is a consulting firm becoming an AI-native organization. Our clients increasingly ask for fixed-price commitments, and we've built a delivery process disciplined enough to make them with confidence: every engagement moves through structured design, costing, and build phases, with live plan-vs-actual tracking from the sprint board up to the executive dashboard.

Much of our delivery reporting burndown, velocity, forecasts, cost tracking is generated automatically.

What we need from a Project Manager isn't paperwork.

It's client leadership, commercial judgment, and the discipline to keep fixed-price engagements on plan.

You'll own engagements end to end: the client relationship, the schedule, the economics, and the outcome.

What You'll Do

Lead the client relationship

• Serve as the primary point of contact for your engagements, building trusted relationships with client teams and executives.
• Run milestone reviews, executive readouts, and steering discussions including the hard conversations about scope, change, and trade-offs.
• Translate client business needs into clear charters, scoped Work Orders, and delivery plans everyone can stand behind.

Guide engagements through our delivery phases

• Design: Ensure the work is genuinely buildable before we commit charter, documentation, and review complete.
• Cost: Own the move from should-cost estimate to committed fixed price, and be able to defend that price.
• Build: Drive milestones through to go-live, holding the gates that matter acceptance, security, performance, and a clean path to production.

Manage plan vs. actual

• Read the delivery telemetry daily burndown against plan, velocity forecasts, cost-to-complete, margin position and act on variances early, before they become escalations.
• Keep clients and eSF leadership genuinely informed. No surprises, in either direction.

Protect the commitment

• Run real change control on fixed-price work: negotiate scope changes openly with clients and protect the engagement's economics.
• Set acceptance criteria upfront and drive deliverable sign-off and invoicing against milestones.
• Track risks and issues with named owners and mitigations, and see escalations through to resolution.

Work with the team

• Partner with architects, engineers, and QA including AI-augmented workflows that generate code, artifacts, and telemetry.
• Facilitate planning sessions, workshops, and sprint ceremonies as needed, and help improve our delivery process as we grow.

What You'll Bring

• 7+ years in project management, consulting, or technology delivery including real accountability for fixed-price or fixed-fee engagements.
• Proven experience representing a firm in front of senior client stakeholders, with the range to run an executive meeting and a sprint review with equal credibility.
• Fluency in delivery economics: estimation, burn, earned value, margin, cost-to-complete.
• You know what a healthy engagement looks like in the numbers.
• Solid grounding in Agile delivery and governance risk management, change control, milestone gating.
• Comfort with Jira and data-driven delivery. You'd rather interpret a live dashboard than build a slide about it.
• Clear, direct communication, written and spoken you raise problems early and handle them well.
• The ability to manage several engagements at once without letting any slip.

Nice to have

• PMP, CSM, SAFe, or similar certification.
• Experience in regulated industries healthcare, financial services, or the public sector.
• Hands-on exposure to AI-augmented delivery or AI tooling in a delivery context.
• Enterprise clients and complex, multi-team initiatives.

Why This Role

We've automated the mechanics of delivery so this role can focus on what actually moves engagements: client trust, sound decisions, and outcomes. If the best parts of project management have been getting buried under the administrative ones, this is a different version of the job.
