We are hiring a Marketing Analytics Analyst for a mission-driven nonprofit healthcare organization. This role supports executive reporting, marketing performance analytics, business intelligence reporting, and cross-channel digital analytics.

Responsibilities
- Perform advanced SQL queries to extract, join, and transform marketing datasets
- Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and executive reporting solutions
- Analyze digital marketing performance including web analytics (GA4), paid media analytics, and call tracking
- Conduct cross-channel marketing performance analysis and attribution analysis
- Support marketing demand generation analytics and institutional growth reporting
- Build and manage structured data tables within business intelligence environments
- Collaborate with Marketing, IT, and Analytics teams to improve reporting infrastructure
- Optimize marketing data pipelines, automation, and reporting workflows
- Translate complex data into actionable business insights for leadership
Required Experience
- 3+ years of experience in Marketing Analytics or Digital Marketing Analytics
- Strong SQL (data querying, joins, transformations)
- Experience building dashboards in Power BI or similar BI tools
- Experience with Google Analytics (GA4 preferred) or HEAP
- Experience with digital advertising platforms (Google Marketing Platform, Meta Ads, The Trade Desk)
- Experience with KPI reporting, performance marketing analytics, and executive-level reporting
- Strong communication skills with ability to present insights to stakeholders
- Experience working in healthcare, hospital systems, health insurance, medical, pharma, or nonprofit environments
Nice to Have
- Experience with Databricks, dbt, or modern data stack environments
