Project Description

The client is seeking a Relationship Lead to support a dedicated Scrum team responsible for maintaining and enhancing mission-critical applications. The primary application is a custom .NET/C# application with a SQL Server database, used to calculate deposit insurance coverage and process payouts during bank failures.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a Scrum Master and facilitate Agile/Scrum ceremonies.

• Perform Business Analyst (BA) activities, including requirements gathering and stakeholder coordination.

• Support QA activities, including testing coordination and quality assurance.

• Manage client relationships and coordinate with technical and business stakeholders.

• Support contractual and project-related negotiations.

Must-Have Requirements

• 7+ years of senior management experience
  
  Strong contractual negotiation experience

• Experience working in Scrum/Agile environments

• Ability to perform Scrum Master, BA, and QA responsibilities

• French language proficiency is required

• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills
