Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Machine Learning Engineer with strong expertise in Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs) to join our team in Westlake, TX. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience designing, developing, deploying, and evaluating GenAI solutions using modern LLM frameworks and AWS cloud services.

This role requires deep technical expertise in Python-based API development, LLM integration, and cloud deployment, along with strong problem-solving and experimentation skills.

Must Have Skills

1. Strong hands-on experience with Python API development (FastAPI / Flask)

2. Experience working with Large Language Models (LLMs)

3. Strong Prompt Engineering experience

4. Experience building and deploying GenAI solutions

5. Required Technical Skills

6. Solid experience as a Machine Learning Engineer

7. Strong programming skills in Python and Java

Experience with:

1. LangChain

2. LangGraph

3. LlamaIndex

4. Prompt Engineering and Fine-Tuning LLMs

5. Design and development of ML and Deep Learning systems

6. Experience evaluating and validating LLM-generated content

7. Strong understanding of model performance tuning and experimentation

8. Cloud & Deployment Experience

9. Hands-on experience with AWS services, including:

10. SageMaker (model deployment)

11. EC2 / EKS (compute setup)

12. Cloud data platforms such as Snowflake or AWS RDS

13. Experience deploying scalable ML solutions in cloud environments

14. Key Responsibilities

15. Design, develop, and deploy scalable ML and GenAI solutions

16. Build and maintain Python-based APIs for AI applications

17. Work with large datasets to train, retrain, and optimize models

18. Conduct ML experiments and performance testing

19. Evaluate and improve LLM outputs for accuracy and relevance

20. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into production systems

Education

1. Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field

2. Equivalent practical experience will also be considered
