SAP BRF+ Consultant S/4HANA IS-U- Lansing MI Onsite, up to 75% travel

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced SAP BRF+ Consultant with strong expertise in SAP S/4HANA and SAP IS-U environments. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, configuring, and implementing BRF+ applications to support complex business rules, regulatory requirements, and operational processes.

This role requires strong experience in BRF+ architecture, integration with ABAP and SAP IS-U modules, and migration of legacy ECC/IS-U business rules into scalable S/4HANA-compliant solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, configure, and implement BRF+ applications within SAP S/4HANA
• Develop and maintain BRF+ rules, functions, expressions, and decision tables
• Translate regulatory, pricing, and operational requirements into scalable BRF+ solutions
• Integrate BRF+ with ABAP programs, S/4HANA core processes, and SAP IS-U modules
• Optimize existing BRF+ frameworks for performance, governance, scalability, and reusability
• Support migration of business rules from legacy SAP ECC/IS-U custom logic into S/4HANA-compliant BRF+ solutions
• Ensure solutions align with SAP best practices including clean core and extensibility principles
• Collaborate with functional and technical teams to support design, testing, and deployment activities

Required Skills & Experience

• Strong hands-on experience with SAP BRF+
• Experience working in SAP S/4HANA environments
• Strong understanding of SAP IS-U processes and integrations
• Experience integrating BRF+ with ABAP developments and SAP core modules
• Experience designing complex decision tables and business rule frameworks
• Knowledge of SAP clean core architecture and extensibility best practices

Preferred Skills

• Experience implementing Dunning by Collection Strategy for Utility clients
• ABAP development experience
• Experience migrating legacy ECC/IS-U business rules to S/4HANA
