Summary

Title: IT Analyst SharePoint

Location: Onsite at 3M Center, Maplewood, MN

Duration: 3+ Months with possible extensions

Manager Notes:

Transformation position, making lot of changes.
Someone with extensive SharePoint Access exp
75% of this job would be to create SharePoint for Corporate pages.
Secondary part, help in creating flow charts, MS office Suite, PowerPoint, Word, etc.
If ability, Power BI exp would be less priority.
20-30 hours per week, twin cities in headquarters, prefers someone who can come onsite.
Duration till May ending or June 1st week.
Editing & adjusting engineer pages, making enhancements and creating new ones.
Guiding the work, innovation skills, creative person.
Engineering background not required, Just SharePoint core.
Will consider someone who is currently working and can do this job as secondary.
3-5 years of exp is OK.
Go to 3M website, there would 4-5 diff options, it takes you process information, takes u to diff content.
4-5 pages and each one have couple of layers.
Will review this week and move very quickly (Targeting Friday or Monday to review).
1 round interview with IT People (3-4).

Duties:

Position is approximately 20-30 hours per week.
HM prefers morning hours for this CW
Create global 3M Engineering SharePoint site with numerous pages that act as a one stop shop for all Project Engineers, Project Engineering managers, Plant Operations, Engineering Systems & Technology, and Business groups to follow the Capital Engineering process and expectations. This will include linking and creating Microsoft documents (excel, word, PowerPoint) and creating flow charts. This will also entail working with Power BI to link our system to show critical metrics for the teams to see.

Skills:

Top priority is the ability to create a SharePoint
Microsoft Office suite, flow chart creation, etc.,
