supervisors, and managers.

The role collaborates with other teams to execute transfers, consolidation, and integration, ensuring data integrity and consistency. Additionally, this role supports change management and training activities associated with digital tool implementations by developing and delivering role-based training materials, coordinating training sessions, and executing communication plans to ensure alignment across operators, supervisors, and managers. Job Description Job Responsibilities: - Gathers, organizes, and analyzes large datasets related to various aspects of the supply chain, including procurement, inventory, transportation, and distribution. - Implements quality checks to ensure the accuracy of master data related to supply/material planning, safety stock parameters, etc., in SAP and integrated planning systems to support the generation of rule-based plans. - Works under general supervision and established processes, utilizing independent judgment to navigate and adhere to operational policies, ensuring compliance and optimal performance. - Updates master data records regularly to reflect changes in supply chain processes, product offerings, or business requirements, ensuring reliability in data management. - Identifies patterns or anomalies in master data that may impact supply chain planning, execution, or performance, and recommends corrective actions, facilitating smoother operations. - Collaborates with supply chain planning, procurement, logistics, and other functional teams to understand their data requirements and ensure alignment with master data standards and processes. - Maintains comprehensive documentation of master data processes, procedures, and guidelines to facilitate knowledge sharing and ensure continuity of operations. - Assists in identifying potential risks and disruptions in the supply chain, such as supplier shortages, transportation delays, and implements strategies to mitigate these risks through data analysis and scenario planning. - Collaborates with project teams to conduct mass maintenance of master data during ERP-relevant projects such as transfers, consolidation, and integration, ensuring data integrity and consistency. - Develops professional expertise and applies comprehensive knowledge of company products and services to effectively address challenges and opportunities, establishing productive internal/external working relationships to resolve mutual problems. - Supports change management activities related to digital tool implementations by developing and executing communication plans to ensure alignment across operators, supervisors, and managers. - Develops, maintains, and delivers role-based training materials and sessions to support adoption of new digital tools, processes, and workflows within manufacturing operations. - Coordinates and tracks training completion, supporting go-live readiness and ensuring stakeholders are equipped to effectively utilize new systems and processes. Minimum required Education: Bachelor's Degree/ Vocational Education in Supply Chain Management (SCM), Data Science, Information Systems or equivalent. Minimum required Experience: No prior experience required with Bachelor's OR minimum 4 years of experience with Vocational Education in Database Management, Data Analysis, Supply Chain Management, Operations or equivalent.
