### Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced **C++ Developer** with strong Linux development and scripting experience. The candidate will be responsible for developing, maintaining, testing, and debugging software applications running on Linux systems.
The role involves working closely with development teams to implement new features and enhancements while ensuring that software is efficient, reliable, scalable, and compliant with quality and regulatory requirements.

### Key Responsibilities

* Perform hands-on Linux-based software development.
* Design, develop, test, debug, and maintain C++ applications.
* Own, create, and deliver platform components and application development.
* Analyze and resolve complex technical issues.
* Apply strong knowledge of Object-Oriented Analysis and Design, software design patterns, and coding principles.
* Create and maintain Shell, Perl, and Python scripts to automate processes and tasks.
* Provide technical support and guidance to software team members.
* Conduct technical design reviews to ensure software reliability and performance.
* Collaborate with global teams to promote consistency and maximize synergies across common software platforms.
* Ensure compliance with the SDLC process throughout requirements gathering, architecture design, implementation, and verification.
* Work effectively within an Agile/Scrum development environment.
* Continuously contribute to improving team performance and development processes.
* Ensure overall software quality through unit testing and system verification.
* Complete all required Quality & Compliance training within defined deadlines.
* Identify and report quality or compliance concerns and take appropriate corrective action.
* Ensure regulatory and quality requirements are completed before approving design outputs and program deliverables.
* Lead continuous improvement initiatives focused on process and product quality.

### Mandatory Qualifications & Skills

* **4+ years of engineering experience in software development with C++.**
* Bachelor's degree or higher in **Computer Engineering** or a related field.
* Strong **C/C++ programming** skills.
* Strong experience with **C++ on Linux**.
* Hands-on experience with the **Linux environment**.
* Experience with **Shell, Perl, and/or Python scripting**.
* Experience with **Microservices, NGINX, and Node.js**.
* Knowledge of **OS lifecycle management**.
* Experience with **RPMs**.
* Familiarity with **Nessus scanning and vulnerability analysis**.
* Strong understanding of **Object-Oriented Analysis and Design**.
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
* Quick learner, self-starter, results-oriented, and able to multitask effectively.
* Excellent teamwork, coordination, and communication skills.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
* Ability to collaborate effectively with global teams.

### Preferred / Optional Skills

* Experience with **Build Automation**.
* Experience with **Continuous Integration (CI)**.
* Experience with software development tools and automated build processes.
