REQUIRED SKILLS

  • MUST HAVE: Strong experience working in a SAFe Agile environment 
  • MUST HAVE: recent experience working with a single team of 10-15 developers and QA and worked on more than just running scrum ceremonies.
  • MUST HAVE: experience in a smaller corporate environment where the Scrum Master was focused on one team and one primary software product.
  • MUST HAVE: in-depth knowledge of the release process and have experience helping teams improve their release cadence.
  • Any retail/ in store technology experience is a plus but not required
