Summary
Position : Senior Data Scientist - W2 & C2C
Previous State client experience.
Location: 100% Remote
Duration: 1 Year
We are looking for a Senior Data Scientist to lead a proof-of-concept initiative using NLP and advanced machine learning to improve complex decision-making processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and evaluate ML/NLP models
- Translate business workflows into data-driven solutions
- Define architecture, scalability, and performance trade-offs
- Lead prototype (POC) development and technical direction
- Engage with stakeholders and present solutions
- Support Agile delivery and roadmap planning
Required Skills
- Strong experience in Data Science, ML, and Statistical Modeling
- Hands-on experience building models from scratch
- Experience with NLP and unstructured data
- Strong understanding of data engineering & large datasets
- Ability to solve complex, real-world problems using data
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management
Preferred
- Experience in scalable/high-performance environments
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies
