Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Tech Lead / Lead Developer - Agentic AI to lead the design, development, and deployment of next-generation AI applications. This is a hands-on technical leadership role where you will lead a team of 4-5 developers while actively contributing to architecture, coding, and implementation of production-grade AI solutions.
The ideal candidate has real-world experience building and deploying Agentic AI and LLM-based applications, strong software engineering fundamentals, and expertise across the complete AI Development Lifecycle (AIDLC). This is not a DevOps or Data Science role we need a developer who has successfully implemented AI solutions in production.
Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of AI developers while remaining hands-on with development.
- Design, develop, and deploy production-grade LLM and multi-agent AI applications.
- Build scalable AI services using Python (FastAPI/Flask).
- Develop and integrate AI APIs, webhooks, and backend services.
- Design AI architectures and ensure high-quality, scalable implementations.
- Collaborate with Product Owners and engineering teams to deliver AI-powered products.
- Deploy and manage applications using Docker, Kubernetes, Git, and CI/CD.
- Optimize AI application performance, monitoring, and production deployments.
- Participate in architecture discussions, code reviews, and technical leadership activities.
Required Skills
- 10+ years of software development experience.
- Proven experience leading development teams.
- Strong hands-on expertise with Python, FastAPI, or Flask.
- Extensive experience implementing Agentic AI, LLMs, and Multi-Agent Systems.
- Experience designing and deploying production AI applications.
- Strong understanding of the complete AI Development Lifecycle (AIDLC).
- Experience building AI APIs, integrations, and webhook-based services.
- Knowledge of JavaScript/TypeScript for AI application integration.
- Experience with Git, Docker, Kubernetes, and production deployments.
- Familiarity with cloud-based AI application deployment and monitoring.
- Experience with Postman for API testing.
- Excellent communication and technical leadership skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience building AI-driven business intelligence or recommendation platforms.
- Experience working with distributed Agile teams.
- Cloud platform experience (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform).
- Strong problem-solving and system design skills.
