Job Description –

·        Oversee Salesforce platform strategy, delivery, and enhancements across Sales and Service Cloud.

·        Manage and mentor Salesforce developers/admins, ensuring high-quality design, coding standards, and best practices.

·        Collaborate with business teams to gather requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.

·        Review and guide development work including Apex, Visualforce, LWC, integrations, and data model design.

·        Lead end-to-end release management, performance tuning, and platform governance efforts.

·        Drive API integrations, system architecture alignment, and optimization of data flows and processes.

·        Ensure security, compliance, documentation, and consistent user experience across all Salesforce orgs.

·        Stay current with Salesforce releases and introduce features that improve efficiency and business value.
