- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Previous banking or financial services experience.
- Training experience, including user training and knowledge transfer.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Product enablement experience, including supporting product adoption, creating training materials, and helping users understand product features and functionality.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
A Business Analyst with strong Product Analyst capabilities, banking domain knowledge, excellent communication skills, and experience in training, product enablement, and analytical problem-solving.
