Job Description/Responsibilities:
· Looking for a Sr. Software Engineer responsible for the analysis, design, code, testing, and documentation of a major project, combining the expertise of banking knowledge with the importance of conceptualizing the programs to be developed based on specifications.
· Analyze the requirements at hand of a major project initiative for the bank and design the better solution aligned
· Create processes/programs to cover the needs and requirements in the analysis phase
· Unit test aligned with the better practices of Santander Bank and do the revisions to eliminate errors
· Design and implement tests that will help in the end-to-end quality of major deliverables
· Analyze testing results and report issues found
· Review test results with the team, complete final program documentation
· Prepare documentation to follow the change management process to deploy the processes/programs in production environment
· Participate in the post-implementation of production processes/programs, ensuring delivery of information required for the project
· Iterate as many times as the Bank requires according to the needs of the project, to guarantee the delivery of the information
