Project Overview
SAP Project Systems (PS) module to support the planning, execution, monitoring, and financial control of large-scale projects. We are seeking an experienced SAP PS Consultant to play a key role throughout the end-to-end implementation lifecycle, ensuring successful delivery and adoption of the solution.
Key Responsibilities
Lead SAP PS implementation activities from requirements gathering through go-live and hypercare support.
Conduct business workshops to understand project management, costing, budgeting, and execution requirements.
Drive solution design, blueprinting, configuration, testing, training, and deployment activities.
Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, project teams, and internal IT teams to ensure alignment on project objectives.
Assess and leverage existing SAP PS template and identify any gaps or enhancements required to meet business needs.
Configure SAP PS functionalities including project structuring, WBS elements, networks, milestones, budgeting, planning, settlements, and reporting.
Support integration activities with other SAP modules such as FI/CO, MM, SD, and PM as required.
Develop functional specifications and support testing activities including SIT, UAT, and defect resolution.
Deliver end-user training and provide post-implementation support to ensure successful adoption.
Required Qualifications
10+ years of SAP Project Systems (PS) implementation experience with multiple end-to-end project lifecycles.
Strong expertise in SAP PS configuration, design, and best practices.
Experience leading requirement gathering, solution design, testing, and deployment activities.
Strong understanding of project-based business processes, budgeting, costing, and project execution.
Experience working with global stakeholders and cross-functional SAP teams.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Prior experience in manufacturing, engineering, infrastructure, energy, or project-driven industries.
Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA Project Systems.
Experience working within template-based global SAP environments and driving template compliance while addressing business-specific requirements.
