Job Overview:
We are seeking a Cloud Engineer Associate to provide critical support for enterprise tools and cloud services. The ideal candidate will have experience in cloud SRE activities, AWS management tools, and scripting to automate routine tasks. This role requires strong communication skills, the ability to troubleshoot effectively, and a commitment to enhancing customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

• Provide customer support for critical enterprise tools such as Hashicorp Vault and AWS Secrets Manager.
• Offer on-call support periodically and participate in troubleshooting sessions with application teams.
• Communicate effectively with clients to identify needs and evaluate alternative technical solutions and strategies.
• Define ways to increase customer satisfaction and deepen client relationships.

Qualifications:

• 2 to 5 years of experience in cloud SRE activities, including capacity management, monitoring, and core services integrations for AWS.
• Hands-on experience with AWS management tools such as AWS Config, CloudTrail, CloudWatch, Systems Manager, and CloudFormation.
• Proficiency in scripting tools to automate routine operational tasks.
• Experience in managing project/program implementation and championing change.
• Ability to document engineering solutions and designs.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with scripting languages such as JavaScript, Perl, Python, and shell scripting.
• General understanding of key IT components, including LDAP, networking, firewalls, load balancing, and federated identity.
• Exposure to varied operating systems, including UNIX, Linux, and Windows.
• Ability to articulate technical concepts using easily understandable business language.

Must Have Qualifications:

• 2+ years of general cloud experience, scripting, and HashiCorp Vault.

Pay Range: $65- $70
