Note emphasis will be on local Washington, DC Metro candidates required to be in the office; if not local then expenses will be paid for the right candidate with GO.gov [ETS] project experience.
Project Summary: GO.gov [ETS] will deliver a single, travel and expense (T&E) managed service to support all Federal, civilian employees and to enable the mission of 124 government agencies through an intuitive, secure, and secure customer experience, that mitigates transition cost and risk. GO.gov is the 3rd generation of the E-Gov Travel Service program and will enable Federal travel and expense management for the next 15 years.
Job Summary: Providing support to Federal Government customers in a teamed environment, fielding requests and troubleshooting reported conditions. Supporting report requests within the system leveraging knowledge of the Travel and Expense product and industry standards.
MUST HAVES:
A minimum of three (3) years of SAP Concur Travel & Expense implementation
A minimum of three (3) years of hands-on experience in report creation in SAP Concur Travel and Expenses including operational and analytical reports
In-depth knowledge of SAP Concur configuration including Travel Booking, Expense, and Reporting
Experience in ServiceNow ticket management helpdesk support
Knowledge of industry regulations and compliance standards to include Federal Travel Regulation (FTR)
Experience with E-Gov Travel Service (ETS) system
