Looking for a proactive Executive Assistant to support top-level executives in a dynamic setting. This role demands efficiency in managing schedules, travel, and communications.

Responsibilities

Strategically coordinate and organize executive schedules, ensuring optimal time management.
Arrange travel and handle expenses for executive leaders efficiently.
Prepare and refine correspondence, presentations, and meeting materials with precision.
Enhance team engagement through event organization and recognizing important milestones.
Collaborate with the administrative team in planning company events and meetings.
Maintain confidentiality while managing accurate records and documents.
Proactively propose solutions for enhancing processes and overcoming challenges.

Skills

Minimum five years of experience as an Executive Assistant showcasing reliability.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel.
Exemplary organizational skills with multitasking ability and deadline orientation.
Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written, with a professional approach.
Capable of working independently and taking initiative in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills

Experience in a retail or merchandising setting is advantageous.
Knowledge of Concur for travel and expense management is considered a plus.
Capacity to adapt to changes and demonstrate flexibility is highly valued.
