Role:
We're seeking a hybrid internal advisory consultant + communications manager who can translate complex technology and architecture strategies into clear, compelling executive narratives and scalable divisional communications. This VP-equivalent level role will partner closely with senior technology leaders, architects, and cross-functional stakeholders to:
Shape and streamline strategy narratives (what we're doing, why it matters, and what's next)
Create senior-level executive decks (clean slides, crisp messaging, diagrams, and decision-ready framing)
Drive divisional strategy adoption through channels such as monthly newsletters, training sessions, engagement sessions, and internal communications campaigns
This is a high-impact role for someone who combines consultative problem-solving, architecture/technology fluency, and exceptional storytelling + visual communication skills.
Required Qualifications
7+ years experience in one or more of: internal consulting, advisory/management consulting, technology strategy, enterprise architecture enablement, program communications, or executive communications.
Proven ability to create executive-level decks that drive decisions (not just inform).
Strong storytelling skills: can turn ambiguity into clarity; can simplify complex technical topics without dumbing them down.
Demonstrated experience producing diagrams and visual frameworks (architecture views, operating models, roadmaps, capability maps).
Experience running communications channels (newsletters, trainings, engagement sessions) with measurable results.
Exceptional stakeholder management skills; comfortable working with senior leaders and technical experts.
Strong writing, editing, and message discipline (tone, structure, brevity, clarity).
High proficiency with slide tools (PowerPoint preferred) and visual communication standards.
Preferred Qualifications
Familiarity with enterprise architecture concepts (e.g., capability mapping, target-state, reference architectures, integration patterns).
Experience in large-scale, matrixed organizations with multiple stakeholder groups.
Experience with change management, enablement, or internal marketing practices.
Proficiency with diagramming tools and design systems.
Understanding of governance processes and decision forums (steering committees, architectural review boards, etc.).
