Job Description:
Seeking an experienced Agentic AI Engineer to design and build AI agents for cloud infrastructure and application operations. The role focuses on AI-driven incident analysis, monitoring, remediation, workflow orchestration, and operational automation.
Key Responsibilities:
· Design and develop Agentic AI frameworks and AI agents.
· Build LLM-based solutions for monitoring, diagnostics, incident triage, and remediation.
· Develop enterprise knowledge frameworks using documentation, runbooks, and support processes.
· Integrate AI agents with enterprise platforms using REST APIs.
· Support Azure Cloud, Kubernetes, MuleSoft, and enterprise applications.
· Implement AI-driven AIOps and operational automation solutions.
· Collaborate with Cloud/Platform Engineering teams and mentor engineering teams.
Must-Have Skills:
· Agentic AI / AI Agents development & orchestration
· LLM-based solutions & knowledge frameworks
· Azure Cloud & Kubernetes
· MuleSoft & REST API integrations
· AIOps / AI-driven monitoring & automation
· Enterprise Cloud & Application Operations
