Job Description:

Pay Range: $62.54hr - $67.54hr

The Project Manager will oversee personnel coordination, financial management, vendor management, analytics, and process improvement initiatives.
This role requires strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills to ensure effective resource allocation, financial oversight, and operational efficiency across projects.

Responsibilities:

Coordinate with Project Managers regarding staffing, onboarding, staffing costs, and related activities.
Monitor and analyze employee utilization, workload allocation, and job estimates.
Assist in resource planning and forecasting based on project timelines and requirements.
Collaborate with HR to ensure compliance with staffing policies and procedures.
Support employee development and training initiatives related to resource management.
Track and analyze project budgets, expenditures, and forecasts.
Monitor financial performance against budgets and provide regular reports.
Identify cost-saving opportunities and improve efficiencies in resource allocation.
Assist in financial planning and budgeting processes related to resource allocation.
Manage vendor relationships and contracts.
Evaluate vendor performance and ensure adherence to contractual agreements.
Coordinate procurement processes and negotiate contracts.
Identify potential vendors and assess their capabilities and suitability for projects.
Develop and maintain resource management reports and dashboards.
Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis.
Monitor key performance indicators related to resource utilization and efficiency.
Prepare ad hoc reports and analysis for senior management.
Continuously review and improve resource management processes and procedures.
Implement best practices for resource allocation and optimization.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline workflows and improve efficiency.

Qualification And Education:

Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Engineering, or a related field.
Proven experience in resource management, preferably in a project-based environment.
Strong analytical skills using Excel, Power BI, SharePoint, or other data analysis tools.
Experience with financial analysis and budget management.
Knowledge of vendor management practices and procurement processes.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
