Location: Dauphin County, PA
Client seeking an experienced IT Contractor with a minimum of 2 years experience performing technical work in information technology security and support fields. This is a cross-team position to fulfill duties within our security and help desk teams.
You will be required to provide general technology support,respond to and implement support tickets, assist documenting and managing incidents and vulnerabilities, perform network monitoring and reporting, and ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines and policies. The ideal candidate should be capable of working collaboratively between teams while also demonstrating the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Skill Required
Experience in information security related support 2 Years Required
Experience in helpdesk related support 2 Years Required
Experience with Microsoft server and workstation operating systems
Experience with Microsoft O365 products
Experience with incident reporting and support ticketing systems
Experience with network and computer security testing tools
Experience reading and interpreting security logs and reports
Experience working with Tenable and Splunk
Associate’s degree or current certifications within information technology
