Senior Regulatory Reporting Systems Support Analyst

Requirement/Must Have:

• Bachelor s degree required.

• 10+ years of experience supporting AxiomSL in a banking environment.
• Strong experience supporting FR 2052a and FR Y15 regulatory reports.
• Experience supporting Finance and Regulatory Reporting teams.
• Strong expertise in PL/SQL and relational databases such as Oracle and SQL Server.
• Experience with data analysis, reconciliation, and validation processes.
• Strong troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills.
• Ability to work effectively under strict regulatory deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail with a control-oriented mindset.

Experience:

• Experience providing L2/L3 application support for AxiomSL platforms.
• Experience supporting end-to-end regulatory reporting lifecycle activities.
• Experience monitoring production reporting cycles and resolving operational issues.
• Experience configuring AxiomSL ControllerView objects, workflows, and data sources.
• Experience developing data mappings, transformations, SQL queries, and ETL processes.
• Experience supporting audits, regulatory changes, and testing activities.
• Experience implementing automation and process improvements for reporting operations.
• Experience supporting platform upgrades, patching, and optimization initiatives.
• Experience maintaining technical documentation, runbooks, and data lineage records.
• Experience supporting BCDR testing and platform resiliency initiatives.
• Experience working in Unix/Linux and Windows environments is a plus.

Responsibilities:

• Provide L2/L3 support for AxiomSL regulatory reporting platform and data warehouse reporting.
• Support end-to-end regulatory reporting lifecycle including sourcing, transformation, aggregation, validation, and report generation.
• Monitor daily, monthly, and quarterly production cycles for FR 2052a, FR Y15, and other regulatory reports.
• Investigate and resolve data breaks, reconciliation issues, and validation failures.
• Perform root cause analysis and implement permanent fixes for recurring issues.
• Support regulatory filing timelines while adhering to defined SLAs.
• Collaborate with Regulatory Reporting and Treasury teams to interpret reporting requirements and implement changes.
• Support regulatory change management and testing for new releases and rule updates.
• Assist with internal and external audit requests related to liquidity and systemic risk reporting.
• Configure and support AxiomSL ControllerView objects, portfolios, workflows, and data sources.
• Develop and maintain SQL queries, ETL processes, and data transformations.
• Implement automation and process improvements to improve efficiency and controls.
• Participate in platform upgrades, patching, and optimization activities.
• Maintain documentation including technical specifications, runbooks, and data lineage.
• Support BCDR testing and ensure platform stability and resiliency.
• Provide on-call, overnight batch, weekend, and non-business hour support as required.

Should Have:

• Knowledge of liquidity risk, LCR, NSFR, or capital reporting.
• Experience with data governance, data lineage, and regulatory controls.
