Our client, a leader in electrical and automotive systems, is seeking a Test Technician to join their team. As a Test Technician, you will be part of the Electrical Integration Lab supporting testing and integration of complex electrical systems. The ideal candidate will have attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and a collaborative mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.

Pay Range:$44-$48/hour + Benefits
What\'s the Job?
\t- Support testing teams in the setup, execution, and teardown of tests on electrical Hardware-In-the-Loop (HiL) test assets \t
- Configure and operate test equipment, fixtures, and data acquisition systems \t
- Monitor tests in progress and document results, anomalies, and observations \t
- Assist in developing and refining test procedures and work instructions \t
- Diagnose and resolve issues with electrical test assets, including faults in electrical systems, wiring, connectors, and power distribution
What\'s Needed?
\t- Bachelor\'s degree or higher in Electrical Technology, Electronics, Mechatronics, or a related technical field ? or equivalent hands-on work experience \t
- 4 to 6 years of experience in a test, lab, or manufacturing technician role \t
- Proficiency reading and interpreting electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical drawings \t
- Hands-on experience troubleshooting electrical and mechanical systems \t
- Familiarity with CAN bus, LIN, Ethernet, or other automotive communication protocols
