MIGRATION CONSULTANT (Oracle-to-Salesforce)

Overview:

• We are seeking a Senior Salesforce Functional Consultant / Project Lead to support a multi-cloud initiative focused on an Oracle-to-Salesforce migration.
• This role combines functional consulting, declarative Salesforce configuration, solution design, data migration, and project leadership while working closely with executive stakeholders and technical implementation teams.

Responsibilities:

• Lead Oracle-to-Salesforce migration workflows, requirements, process mapping, and functional design.
• Configure Salesforce declaratively using Flow and evaluate out-of-the-box functionality to address business requirements.
• Provide functional guidance on data conversion, migration, and enterprise integrations, including MuleSoft and legacy Oracle data streams.
• Support Sales Cloud, CPQ, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud initiatives.
• Work with business and technical teams to define scalable Salesforce solutions and integration approaches.
• Prepare project deliverables and executive presentations while providing mentorship and knowledge transfer to client teams.
• Leverage Salesforce AI capabilities such as Agentforce / Einstein and relevant AppExchange solutions.

Required Qualifications:

• 7+ years of experience as a Salesforce Functional Consultant, Business Analyst, Solution Architect, or similar role.
• Direct experience leading complex Oracle-to-Salesforce migration projects.
• Deep functional expertise in Sales Cloud and CPQ, with strong knowledge of Service Cloud and Experience Cloud.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce Flow and declarative configuration.
• Experience with Salesforce AI tools, including Agentforce / Einstein.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce integrations, integration architecture, data migration, and MuleSoft.
• Excellent executive communication, presentation, stakeholder management, and mentoring skills.
