Pay Rate: $40 -$45/hr
We have an immediate need for a Technology Lead UX Engineering Process in Redmond, WA 98052 (Hybrid) to support high-impact initiatives in a dynamic and innovation-driven environment.
In this role, you will lead and drive UX engineering processes while building scalable and high-performing applications using .NET Core. You will work extensively with Microsoft Azure services, including AI-driven solutions, and design workflow automation using Azure Logic Apps. The position also involves supporting Site Reliability Engineering practices to ensure system reliability, scalability, and performance. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including product, design, and engineering to deliver seamless user experiences while maintaining robust backend systems. This role offers the opportunity to work in an environment aligned with enterprise standards similar to Microsoft ecosystems.
The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in .NET Core development along with hands-on experience in Azure services and AI integrations. A solid understanding of SRE (Site Reliability Engineering) practices and experience with workflow automation tools like Logic Apps is essential. Strong collaboration, leadership, and problem-solving skills are required to effectively drive UX engineering processes and ensure delivery of reliable and scalable solutions.
