We are seeking an experienced Senior OCM (Organizational Change Management) Change Analyst with strong change management expertise. Candidates with experience in the Industrial sector are highly preferred.
🔹 Required Skills
• Proven experience in Organizational Change Management (OCM) initiatives
• Experience supporting large-scale business transformation and technology implementation projects
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
• Experience conducting change impact assessments and readiness evaluations
• Ability to develop and execute change management strategies and plans
• Experience creating and delivering training, communications, and adoption programs
• Strong analytical, documentation, and problem-solving skills
• Experience working with cross-functional business and technology teams
• Industrial sector experience is preferred
