Job Overview:

Requirement/Must Have:

1+ years of experience in data modeling and relationships.
1+ years of experience in DAX calculations.
1+ years of experience in Power Query and ETL.
1+ years of experience in complex report and dashboard design.
3+ years of experience in workspace administration and governance.
3+ years of experience in user access and security management.
2+ years of experience in Databricks integration.
2+ years of experience in M365 integration and automation.
5+ years of experience in SQL querying and tuning.
5+ years of experience in performance optimization techniques.
1+ years of experience in Service Now ticketing.
5+ years of experience in customer service.
5+ years of experience in analytical thinking.

Responsibilities:

Create, update, and support Power BI reports, datasets, and dashboard prototypes.
Build enterprise-ready data models, DAX measures, and accessible visualizations for reporting platforms and business products.
Work cross team across NCDIT Transportation to bring consistency in reporting standards, visual design patterns, and governance practices.
Perform training sessions/webinars for NCDOT business customers on created visualizations and dashboards.
Support NCDOT customers with workspace access and data connection needs.
