Technical Summary:
This position serves as the technical delivery lead for Epic MyChart and digital health initiatives supporting Kaiser Permanente regions. The role leads the planning, coordination, and execution of web and mobile enhancements, regional implementations, application upgrades, content deployments, and production releases. Working closely with engineering, quality assurance, product, operations, infrastructure, and vendor partners, this position supports release governance, operational readiness, issue and risk resolution, stakeholder communication, and production stability. The role also helps advance automation, process improvement, and consistent deployment practices to ensure digital patient solutions are delivered safely, efficiently, and in alignment with organizational objectives.
Job Summary:
In addition to the responsibilities listed below, this senior individual contributor position is also responsible for the development of internet applications and software tools. This includes working with product teams to understand and contribute to defining the product vision, and developing and supporting end-to-end solutions including architecting, designing, developing, and testing member-facing applications/systems using cloud, content management systems (CMS) and traditional integrations. This position is also responsible for performing hands-on development of cloud applications, CMS, and integration solutions on a variety of platforms; researching and resolving technical issues and recommending appropriate interventions/modifications as needed; and ensuring work processes and products meet KP IT security and development standards.

Minimum Qualifications:
\t- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, CIS, or related field and four (4) years experience in software development or a related field. Additional equivalent work experience may be substituted for the degree requirement.
\t- Minimum three (3) years experience working on project(s) involving the implementation of solutions development life cycles (e.g., SDLC).
\t- Minimum one (1) year in a technical leadership role with or without direct reports.
\t- Minimum two (2) years experience developing and/or implementing web-based applications.
\t- Minimum two (2) years experience in developing and utilizing cloud based technologies (e.g., Microsoft Azure, AWS, Google Cloud Platform, etc.)
\t- Minimum two (2) years experience working with web application frameworks (e.g., Angular, HTML5, CSS, GraphQL, etc.)
