Junior Telecom Core Engineer (1–3 Years)

We are seeking Junior Telecom Core Engineers to join our growing Telecom Core Network team. This role is ideal for early-career professionals with foundational knowledge of 4G/5G core networks, telecom architecture, and call flows. Candidates with strong academic exposure or 1–3 years of hands-on telecom experience are encouraged to apply.

You will work alongside senior engineers to support, troubleshoot, and optimize core network elements in a fast-paced telecom environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Support deployment, testing, and troubleshooting of telecom core network components

• Assist in analyzing 4G/5G core call flows and signaling procedures

• Monitor network performance and help identify issues

• Collaborate with cross-functional telecom and network teams

• Participate in documentation and reporting activities

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Telecommunications, Networking, or related field

• 1–3 years of telecom experience OR strong academic knowledge in telecom core networks

• Understanding of:

  • 5G SA & NSA architecture

  • 4G EPC (Evolved Packet Core)

  • 3GPP voice and packet core call flows

• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced telecom environment.
