Required Skills
Workday Integration Consultant with experience in successful end-to-end implementations or support of Extend applications. It entails detailed hands on technical knowledge of workday integrations and extend knowledge.
1. Workday Integration Expertise in EIB, Studio, CCW, CCB, Payroll Integrations, Extend, Knowledge on using API
2. Knowledge of Web service-related topics (REST, JSON, SOAP, HTTP, SSL, PGP, SAML, OAuth, etc.).
3. Experience with XML/XSLT and Java will be helpful.
4. Experience in creating detailed system integration specifications, field mapping, and system process designs.
5. Experience with the various technologies involved in SOA development (XML, XPath, XSLT, Web Services, etc.)
6. General knowledge of at least 2-3 Workday functional areas (Core HCM/Compensation/ Recruiting/ Talent & Performance management/ Absence Management/ Time Tracking/ Benefits/ Payroll/Benefits/Compensation)
7. Experience in Workday Reporting, Report Builder, Custom Reports, XSLT Custom Reports (Advanced, Matrix, Composite, BIRT)
8. Experience with Workday Application and Reports
9. Must have a problem-solving attitude
10. Must have a learner attitude with minimum supervision
11. Good written & oral communication skills & strong team player
12. Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively manage customer expectations

Responsibilities:
Gather Business requirements and create/configure various workday integrations.
Work independently or with Team Lead and/or Project Manager to participate in the Configuration solutions and Integration Testing
Analyze business requirements and produce detail and solution specifications consulting with Client Process Owners about standard methodologies for HR processes in Workday.
Track issues and risks, communicate status and escalate concerns.
Ability to work with the team that can be geographically dispersed, in planning support and be available to support or guide as and when necessary
